3.1 Deposit Rules

batjili offers new members a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal — that is, you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500, and you must wager ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 before withdrawing the bonus.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

Each promotional offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page. If any bonus-related condition is violated, the bonus may be cancelled. Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — withdrawal is possible only after the wagering requirement is met.
• When a bonus expires, any unused bonus will be cancelled automatically.

5.1 Casino Game Terms

5.2 Sports Betting Terms

For bets placed on cricket, football, and other sports, if a match is cancelled or the result remains uncertain, the bet amount may be refunded — though specific conditions apply. Once a live bet is accepted, it cannot be changed.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

batjili's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier earns a weekly cashback — up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.5% for Silver, 0.8% for Gold, and 1.0% for Platinum. The weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week.

Example: if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. Advancement through VIP tiers depends on continued activity and engagement with the platform.

batjili reserves the right to change VIP benefits and cashback rates. An account must remain active and in good standing to receive cashback.
